Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. If checkout accepts your address, we deliver to it.

Free worldwide shipping on every order. No handling fees and no minimum order value.

1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

6–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

A tracking number is sent when your light leaves our warehouse. If tracking has not updated within three business days, please use our Contact Form.

Please use our Contact Form within two hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct the address before the order is packed. After dispatch, changes must be made with the carrier.

Please use our Contact Form within 30 days of dispatch if your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund where appropriate.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Any import duties or local charges required by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
