Refund Policy

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return for a full refund. Under EU consumer law you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order; our 30-day policy is offered in addition to that right.

Returns are accepted whether the light is unused or has been installed and tested. Please return the light, the mounting plate and the cable in the original box where possible.

Please use our Contact Form with your order number before sending anything back. All returns require prior approval. Once approved, we provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping is free worldwide. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within two business days of the return arriving, and always within 14 days of receipt. Your bank may take a further three to five business days to display it.

If a light arrives damaged or faulty, we send a replacement at no cost. No return is required before the replacement ships.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Please use our Contact Form as soon as possible.
